Working with Stable we researched their existing Infusionsoft CRM platform and other integrated systems to identify improvements which could be made across administration, data workflows and UX.

We implemented various improvements across the existing system including a more efficient pricing administration panel, api driven vehicle data integration, enquiry to CRM automation, a new front end search feature, vehicle option selection and dynamic pricing as well as online order payments.

The Results

An improved customer experience with more data and options available help reduce enquiry times and improve lead capture. Automated enquiry data within the CRM has helped reduce sales admin time; likewise with online order payments.
